A Bright Idea

Building upon 20+ years of success in real estate sales, rentals, management and development both in Tucson and in Cambridge, MA, Bright Properties was founded in 2012 as a vehicle for providing old-fashioned service to our clients and customers using today’s technology and knowledge. We have recently moved our headquarters from Historic 4th Avenue to the charming neighborhood known as Blenman Elm near the Arizona Inn and Banner Hospital. Check out our gorgeous new building at 1730 North Tucson Boulevard. Like many properties we have owned, our building had been neglected for decades despite its excellent bones and location. Now it is a well-designed, solar powered gorgeous landmark.

Bright was launched in the middle of a tough global recession because we firmly believe that good times are ahead of us here in Tucson and not everybody is interested in doing business with a large impersonal company when making the most important personal decisions to buy, rent, sell or simply make plans regarding real estate.
