Bright Properties was founded in 2011 with the idea that high-quality real estate services are best delivered locally by people with decades of experience and the sincere desire to help others. What You Can Expect From Us As a Property Manager
Bright Properties is a full time property manager which handles daily management duties for all properties. We answer your calls promptly and will make certain all repairs are handled efficiently. We have an on-call maintenance team and we respond to service requests immediately. We encourage you to call with any questions or concerns. Our cleaning crew understands that our goal is to deliver an immaculate, crisp home to all of our tenants. In the event that you notice repairs which were overlooked in the move-in transition, we will take care of them promptly. A professional landscape company maintains the grounds of all of our multi-family properties on a regular basis with no cost to you. We guarantee that you will be surprised (in a good way) by our commitment to high quality service.
What you can expect from us in a Sales Transaction
Buying or selling a home is a complicated, time-consuming transaction. Here at Bright Properties, our job is to be your dealmaker. We will provide you guidance based on our expertise gained from years in the industry. That includes market analysis on pricing, marketing your property and help finding vendors and financing. We want you to find the best home available to meet your needs. If you are looking for a home, we can curate options for you to look at and set up appointments to see houses until you find the perfect home.
The Team
Phil Lipman
Owner and Broker
Phil Lipman started his real estate career answering phones at Le Vaux Realty in Cambridge, MA for $5 an hour. One year later he was the top agent in a 10 agent office. Two years later he was #3 of 7000 agents at De Wolfe New England. He learned how to renovate old properties by converting "triple deckers" to condominiums in Cambridge and Somerville over a 12 year period. This led to an active and cutting edge loft and condo development career in the Boston area.
In 1998 he moved back to Tucson (where he had gone to the University of Arizona) and in 2005 was a partner in the successful Ice House Lofts/Barrio Metalico loft project, which helped to trigger the revitalization of Downtown Tucson. Since relocating to Tucson, Lipman has renovated hundreds of old, neglected apartments as well as the Downtown Clifton Hotel.
Bright Properties was founded in 2012 as a full service boutique brokerage and property management company and is now located at 1730 North Tucson Boulevard in the Historic Blenman Elm neighborhood. Our goal is to provide excellent service and advice and to treat our clients the way we would ourselves like to be treated, always putting our clients' interests first.
Tricia Galvin
Broker and Property Manager
I was born in Boston and raised in the area, moving to Tucson in 1993 to attend the U of A. After graduating in 1995 and working at Buffalo Exchange for 20 years, I joined Bright Properties in December 2015 as the Business Manager. In March 2017 I got my sales license and in 2021 my broker's license. As the primary Property Manager for the company, I get to show apartments, and interact with both tenants and owners. I also love working with Buyers to help them find their new home. I strive to provide fast, courteous service to all my tenants and clients and I look forward to working with you!
